Team Numbers & Names
Team numbers are now assigned and can be viewed this form
by February 20 at 5:00pm.
You may have previously received an email about your team number. We have made some modifications and
those emails will be sent out today so keep a lookout for them. The new number should match with what is

The map of campus can be found on our webpage in the downloads section.
Schedule and Room Assignments
The updated schedule with locations for each event and the campus map will be posted in the next communique.
Team Check In
Head Coach check in will be under the bridge between the Science and Administration Buildings (where the
red cross is on the map) from 7:15-8:15am on the morning of the tournament. Head Coaches will need to submit
the following forms and pick up wristbands for their team members:
- Final team roster
with the participants' names and grade levels
- Release form
for all participants, non-participating students, guests of the school
If an event requires impound, the device must be impounded during the time stated in the schedule. Teams will
not need wristbands to impound their devices since the impound period is the same as the period when the head
coach checks in and receives wristbands. However, per the rules, all devices must still be impounded by one or
more of the 15 official team members. Parents or other non-participants may not impound devices for their team,
butthey may accompany the team members to help transport or carry things.
Helicopter B/C Venue Dimensions
Helicopter B/C will take place in S 223. The dimensions of the gym are 18' x 31' x 8' (8' height).
Engineering CAD C:
Students competing in this event will need to bring their own laptop devices.
Parent Volunteer Assignments
Each team (not school) must provide an adult volunteer who will help assist our Event Supervisors for
three hours total. The volunteer cannot be a competitor on the team and is usually a parent or coach.
Volunteers do not need technical knowledge and will be helping with timing, letting teams in, etc.
Assignments will be posted in the next communique, please let me know if you foresee any challenges with this.
For all volunteers, make sure they complete the volunteer
training program required by National Science Olympiad before tournament day.
